Media studies student at the University of Central England, keen to find a position as a web and graphic designer within the media industry. Has a creative flair and background, and is able to communicate ideas effectively and coherent.     Working with a large audience, photographing a variety of different editorial styles to a strict professional brief.

  • Creating a website for The International Christian Orphanage in Cameroon. [April 07]
    Working independently, free of charge, to create a website for the charity. Ability to work well with an over sea’s client, where communication is key.

  • Undertook Design and Accessibility testing for the Jaguar Enthusiast Club website [February 07] providing a large report looking into technical, design issues and accessibility issues for users within the very large CMS, data based website in which has currently 20,000 members world wide.

  • Spent Time on the film Set- L’ile aux Tresors and Apocalypto [20 th- 28 th May 2006]
    Spent the week with the locations director learning the pre-production and production of filmmaking. Interacting with the different roles/ employees within the creation, and learning lighting and camera techniques and crowd safety/ management.

Hobbies and Interests (including skills)

Computers: Having built my own, I also enjoys playing computer games and learning how to operate new programs, quickly and efficiently. Also up to date with technological advancements and easily adaptable. Can touch type, and also has an excellent knowledge of the internet.

Photography and Graphics: Enjoy taking photographs, exploring and seeing things that others may not. Likes being Creative, however needs to be organised, knows legality issues, and has the ability to pitch new ideas.

Sports: Taking part in many sports including tennis, football, badminton, snowboarding, squash, and Rugby. Team and Individual sports.

Socialising:
Spending time with friends, going to the cinema, Helping others with problems. Works well in groups, discussing ideas, however am relaxed and listen to others opinions, critically and openly.
